I (we) hereby apply for membership in the Crossroads Alaskan Malamute Club, hereinafter called CAMC. CAMC is a private not-for-profit club.

Annual dues are currently set at $10.00 family and $5.00 single and are due by January 31st of each year.

You can pay membership dues online by visiting the "CAMC Store" link to the left. Alternatively, checks can be made payable to Crossroads Alaskan Malamute Club and mailed to the treasurer. Information will be provided via email after approval of application for membership.
